When can the sound around feature be useful for parents?
The sound around feature can be useful when a child is not answering the phone or seems to be in an unfamiliar or unexpected location. It helps parents better understand the situation around the child’s Android device before deciding what to do next.
How can I manage audio on my child’s phone?
In the Sounds section of the Kroha app, parents can listen to sounds around the child’s device in real time, record 30-second audio clips, activate a loud siren, adjust the volume, and disable silent mode. These audio features are available only on Android devices.
Can parents record sounds around the child’s phone?
Yes. In the Sounds section of the Kroha app, parents can send a request to record a 30-second audio clip around the child’s Android device. After the recording is completed, they receive a notification and can listen to it in the app.
Do I have to pay separately to listen to sounds around my child’s phone?
A Kroha subscription includes 10 minutes of online listening per month. Parents can purchase additional listening packages if they need more time.
Does the sound around feature work on iPhone?
No. The sound around feature is available only on Android devices. It is not available on a child’s iPhone due to iOS system limitations.
